Awesome work mate! Very inspiring. I don't have your abilities, so I had to buy complete TA2020 amp ;)
You should just add (even small) heatsink to your amp. Also, these 'letters'on the back looks little cheesy (not levelled correctly, also power label should be 'dc', not 'ac' ;p)
Regarding speakers, full-range construction is very hard to built and usually it sounds much worse than proper multi-way loudspeaker (especially in terms of bass). But don't worry, I bet your next speaker will be much better!
